Only 3 of the top ten are good movies. 1 is legitimately great and 2 are passable entertainment. The rest are shit but I can't speak for Cars 3 or Baywatch since I haven't seen either. -
Much like last year, only one movie will cross the $100M mark, both a WB early September title, during September-October. On the bright side, like last year, November will be a nice rebound.

Oh. I might have been thinking of Kingsman. Still looking at early OS numbers it can find a way to break even. Edit: Apparently 2049 budget is ranged from $150M-$185M. This could be problematic then.

Doesn't 2049 have a budget around $100M, unless I'm mistaken for another movie. It'll likely have solid OS numbers.

BR2049 should have solid OS numbers and maybe just maybe China will be a big booster shot. Let's not call doom and gloom yet.

With Ninjago doing $55M-$63M and BR going sub $100M, it became harder for WB to win the year. It's up to JL now.

I'll write a list at the end of the deadline but the range for Thor is $275M-$360M most around $275M-$310M and JL is $288M-$425M most $350M-$375M. -

No. Rangarok has a likely chance for $300M and also JL is very likely for $400M but if you are thinking over $350M for Thor and over $500M for JL, your hype is blinding you. -

IMAX is now releasing films for shorter periods of time. So weekly IMAX releases back to back are more likely now.
