Considering you've been threadbanned from most WB film threads at least once, are you surprised your posts have been deleted?

I am not here to troll as MODs think. I am here to discuss movies.

"Considering you've been threadbanned from most WB film threads at least once, are you surprised your posts have been deleted? "

Let me break it down to you.

I post news/tweets/articles or say something that I don't consider as trollish at all ---> I am considered as a troll ---> I got threadbanned ---> Now, I wanna post news/tweets/articles or say something that I don't consider as trollish at all  ---> then, someone says to me "Considering you've been threadbanned from most WB film threads at least once, are you surprised your posts have been deleted or you got threadbanned? "

I now get my posts deleted or threadbanned SIMPLY BECAUSE my posts were deleted or I was threadbanned before. What kind of rationale is that...

Funny you didn’t post about the good screenings it had 1 month ago. Really tells Where your agenda lies. Who even want to see another brand fail just for amusement. Really says a lot about that person. :gold:

Look, I don't have the agenda of seeing DCEU fail. In fact, I want it to succeed. But, the truth is that the franchise is in a very bad shape because of the mismanagement of WB. If you are a true fan of DCEU, you should point out its failures and force the studio to rethink. If you are a YES man to every wrong decision by the studio, you are sending the wrong signal to the studio ,this franchise will then never elevate and will always be the joke of the town.

Lol in the Aquaman thread I defended ultra DCEU fan Mark Hughes and how DC fans used to rely on his reporting in the past to fight negative reports.

    Response? My posts get deleted/hidden.

Nowadays, you gotta have some kind of self-censorship...I simply dropped this news link in the wonder woman thread and said nothing...But that post also got deleted. To be honest, I don't know what I can post anymore.

  4. Now that DCEU's "Flashpoint" is about to be made, a soft reboot of the franchise is imminent. It also means a whole new cast. Here is my suggestion.

Wonder Woman: Celine Farach (She is a model and reminds me of Gal Gadot. Got dark hair and a fitting figure, the most well-known characteristics of Wonder Woman)

Batman: Mel Gibson (Old, Grumpy, Violent, Moody. Above all, grey hair! The perfect incarnation of the Batman in The Dark Knight Returns)

Robin: Will Poutler (His performance in Detroit already explained why.)

Disney is currently contemplating cancelling the 2 most successfull, box office wise and reception wise, franchises ever in the history of movies that makes them mounds of money to make the likes of Suicide Squad to win a single technical Oscar.

I am sure the stock holders are up in arms at such travesty! Oh how will the MCU and SW ever survive

Please...Don't tread on the DCEU fans even more...They are already at the bottom of the bottom !

A DC film wins a technical award, the now the DC fanboys are using the to dump on Marvel and Star Wars???/

    Talk about desperate.....

That DC won a Tech award and a Marvel Film and a Star Wars didn't is really causing huge sorrow for Iger. He is crying all the way to the bank to deposit and another half billion or so in revenue....

They need to have a win at least... Just let them...Be nice...Don't be cruel...That's all they got.

  7. Guys, I wonder why you guys would be worried about the reception of this film. Let me tick the boxes for you first

    1. It is a Disney film.

    2. It got Oprah Winfrey in it. It will get all the praises in the world from the liberal film critics.

    3. It is the first time that a BLACK FEMALE director takes on a big budget blockbuster. It will get all the support from black people and females.

    4. Black Panther happened. The film will timely ride on the wave.

In conclusion, the film will get around 90% RT score, 70% at worst. MARK MY WORDS !

Why would they do a JL sequel when that's bound to end up making less money than the first JL movie?

Why not? It is gonna make this DCEU thing more of a joke. Audience will hate it even more. More reasons for the studio to reboot the whole franchise and get REBORN. At the end, it is for a greater cause.

  9. With Sony about to give us the superhero masterpiece "Venom", DC responds strongly. Here comes the Joker with Todd Phillips at the helm !

Can you believe it ? It is Todd Philips (the director of the Hangover trilogy) ! WB hears us complain about DCEU movies being way too dark and serious and is gonna inject so much fun into the Joker movie. We will LAUGH all the way throughout the movie. HAHAHA !

Aquaman was basically filmed while WB still thought JL was going to be a hit. I think it is too late for that movie.

Shazam and WW2 is going to be the first DC movies done with the knowledge of JL's failure.

" I think it is too late for that movie." It is never too late. We still got around 10 months to FIX the movie. JL's reshoots happened around 4 months before the movie was out !

Did Wonder Woman have expensive reshoots? I don't think just because JL had to salvage, Aquaman is going to be the same.

Wonder Woman did have reshoots, just that they were not extensive. As for Aquaman, I won't bet against WB studio heads. They already amply demonstrate that they would go to great lengths just to salvage their investment. Heck, I think they got the balls to fire James Wan if needed.

I think the big gap between JL and Aquaman is essentially the breather for WB/DC. Aquaman's budget is $160m which is only slightly more expensive than WW's due to the VFX and Shazam I imagine is $120-140m. Even Suicide Squad with its cast cost $175m so WB can keep the budget at a sensible level.

Based on the past experiences, Aquaman is most likely to have some expensive reshoots. The budget might be over $160m.
