Never change, buddy...never change.
2017 will go down as your most hated year...
I look at facts. And the fact is that it is currently ROTTEN (most likely stay so) on RT. My saying "At this point , it is too early say that "WB's positive streak continues." Only 12 reviews in !" just proves to be true.

And WB's positive streak continues.
Its a breathe of fresh air after their streak of negative buzz last year.
At this point , it is too early say that "WB's positive streak continues." Only 12 reviews in !

Not a single theater around me is holding Thursday night showings. That seems concerning.
It looks like the LEGO cinematic universe needs a major overhaul if the reception of this movie is really bad.

Did they seriously have a character dab?
After all, Jake Paul and the LEGO ninjago movie target the same demographic.

Is it safe to say that this movie will have a much less opening than the other two LEGO movies?

Warner Brothers passed Disney yesterday to become the biggest studio of the year so far, thanks to IT's gigantic opening.

Don't get hyped that early. It has a score of 6.6 on IMDB right out of the gate in addition to the mixed reviews on letterboxd.

"Jared Leto Is ‘Confused’ About DC’s Joker Movies"
In an interview with ODE, after the interviewer said that she was confused about WB’s plans, Leto admitted, “I’m a little confused too, but yeah, there are a couple of things happening in the DC world.”

This film so reminds me of Wonder Woman. The people who were craving bad reviews must be so devastated right now. I think 70+mil is for sure happening.
Damn it !!! I just made a OW/DOM/WW 40/100/300 prediction !!!!!

Now that Colin Trevorrow is out, it means Star Wars Episode IX might be delayed to 2019 Christmas...Well, it will be time for Gal Gadot to step aside for the big boys

Why don't we stop the hatred and spread the love.
Unfortunately, for every movie and franchise, there are always gonna be some haters and fanboys for it. It is kind of like Batman/Joker , Yin/Yang. I guess I am able to stay neutral and make predictions based on rationale.

40M OW?.......
It is a R rated horror film. Not a R rated superhero movie (Deadpool). Not a R rated pseudo softcore porn (50 shades of Grey).

I'm curious why you are predicting that good of a 33% / 66% domestic/foreign split for a movie like IT ?
No King adaptation reached 60% ever before (at least in the big enough to be listed by mojo):
http://www.boxofficemojo.com/franchises/chart/?id=stephenking.htm
IT/serial killer clown skew American a lot and it's a crazy amount of domestic buzz, why would it be the most foreign skewed of King filmography with the current exchange rate ? Does not seem to have a China release planned either. Not sure how big of a phenomenom it is easy outside the anglo-saxon world.
Split did 50/50, I would expect much more than 100m dbo if it is to reach 300m WW.
"a 33% / 66% domestic/foreign split for a movie like IT" just take a look at the DOM/FOREIGN split of WB recent horror movies and you will know why. (i.e. the conjuring 1/2 Annabelle 1/2)
"No King adaptation reached 60% ever before" You should not follow previous King adaptation records. They are no use for IT. As King adaptions are too varied in genres, there is not a pattern to it.

"65/130/420"
Just to correct you. It was even lower. I predicted 60/130/420.
As for IT, I will make my prediction according to the conjuring 2. I predict 40/100/300. I welcome all kinds of challenges.

Just another WB fanboy who's pissy over my predictions
Don't be afraid. Make some bold predictions for IT like you did for some other movies. I will be there to fend off the hatred for you. Life is too short not to make the predictions you truly believe in.

lmao it's funny because more people will be directed to this trailer from this post than they will be to the actual movie
You got the point, though.

Just like you have mentioned before: Wonder Woman just became one of the most beloved, leggiest superhero films of all time, and WB's response was: "More Batman-related films!!! Yay!"
Batman-related films makes money. It is the most rational response from a studio. You go where the money goes.
