Probably are overestimating but remember, when TA1 broke the Saturday record it did so by $18 million. It broke the Sunday record by $12.5 million.

I'm liking my contest prediction of $245.5 million, more and more. That being said I am hoping for an all out record book assault today and tomorrow ($80 million today, $70 million tomorrow). I don't mind losing if I predicted low

If it does over $80 million today then the OW record is gone. It would only need to beat the Sunday record by 3% at that point which would be easy after breaking the Saturday record by over 15%.

I believe another film also did over $100 million that weekend? The total for the whole weekend was over $500 million USD as I recall. -

I'm thinking right on the nose. $284.5 million + $75 million Dom Sat + $65 million Dom Sun + $100 million OS Sat + $80 million OS Sun = $604.5 million worldwide

So my basic math is telling me $83.5 million OS Friday? Damn we may be looking at a $100 million OS Saturday!

WOM right now is extremely high. Based on Deadlines prediction of $245.6m on $106.7m opening day that means they’re basically thinking $75m Sat and $64m Sun, or something in there about.

I do not believe that will happen. The current record is under $190m USD. I don’t see IW beating that by $50 million. But it could break the China record, yes.

$50 million would be insane. More than 3 times what Age of Ultron made in India!

I think both of those are possible. It's beating TA1 everywhere by 10%-50% and TA1 did $809 million WITHOUT China. I'm starting to believe that $1.3 billion OS is doable.
