If they don't improve the quality, they won't. They could exist like Xmen, DC do now but not the form they do now.

MCU is now what DCEU was in 2016. Numbers were big but quality was eh. Improve the quality or DCEU fate isn't inconceivable. Though MCU has a bigger goodwill earned, so they may survive for longer period than DCEU

Old people have habit to claim that the stuff when they were young was better. I am sure in 10 years I will be thinking that 2010s stuff was better than 2030s

MCU isn't any franchise. All the Threequels & Fourthquel (Only 1 before this weekend i.e. Endgame) had massive jumps. Thor was eh till Ragnarok. Ragnarok & then Infinity War completely changed that. Love & Thunder was supposed to be the pay-off for those 2 great entries. Iron Man 3 adjusted shouldn't be a big ask for it.

A THOR 4 should be opening closer to $200M. This is eh opening and just barely avoiding a complete disaster by being under Ragnarok inflation adj. The bad quality of Phase 4 along with D+ fuckery is catching up. Marvel need to get its shit together before it's too late.

I can do with passable CGI if story delivers. If story isn't working, you can have as good visuals you can have, it will still be piece of shit.

MCU needs to get their shit together. They are on path of greatness in India, if they continue the quality they had in Phase 3, can some day hit 50M admits. Avatar sequels may hit 25-30M if they deliver.

Yeah and maintaining for that long was impressive but there were films doing 400M back then, so its not like it was maintaining close to ceiling.

I think a few good MCU is understatement. MCU alone did the heavy lifting for 2010s, and 2010s also got HP DH 2 & DH 1. Best Star Wars film ever; TLJ
