1st 4 months Bollywood ~ ₹1465cr +22% 2018 +69% 2017 May will see the first down from 2018. June will depend on Bharat if it can take on Sanju + Race 3 + Veere Di Wedding, with help of Kabir Singh. By 6 months, lead of 2018 might be gone. July can do well with Super 30 and Mental Hai Kya but nothing great. August looks dull at moment and may drop from 2018. Though Saaho from Tollywood can do great numbers. September is dull again save for a Ayushmann Khurana film if that can breakout. October has two big films, HvT and Housefull 4. Last October was pre-Diwali but Badhai Ho & Andhadhun breakout. 2019 will easily improve. Ideally HvT shall alone do more than last October. HF4 can do big. November is dull save for any breakout. December has 4 films, one seems like huge Disaster. Another will do mid bizz and then Dabangg 3 which shall do Simba numbers. Save for surprise breakout, I expected 2019 to be flat from 2018 despite such great start.

Dumbo did $43mn in rest & TJB did around $80mn, I imagine, we can expect $60-65mn approx from Aladdin. $113-118mn weekend or more. That will give $202-208mn worldwide weekend. -
