Fantastic Beasts Crimes of Grindelwald confirmed to me what Harry Potter the Cursed Child made me suspect: J.K. Rowling has now crossed into George Lucas prequel era territory.
Taylor Kitsck could have been replaced with Lian Hemsworth or Sam Worthington and no on would have noticed.
Dude is almost like a vanilla male video game protagonist come to life.
Good to see Venom potentially match out Ant-man and the Wasp.
Personally, Ant-man 2 was one of the most dullest superhero movies of all time. Definitely ranks low there with Thor the Dark World and Hulk. Cannot understand how Ant-man 2 gets a pass while Venom gets destroyed critically.
Mulan was cool. I guess Godzilla was an ok movie that should have never been called Godzilla. Armaggedon is only barely above the Bayformer sequels. If you ask me, Bugs Life wins if only cause i seen the movie most on VHS.
Speaking of VHS, Scooby Doo on Zombie Island was the shit.
Honestly, i think it could be a surprise hit. While i think Queen will win the weekend, this movie will be a strong 2nd place. i believe a 40 million opening won't be out of the question. Never underestimate a Disney Adventure especially when Venom is getting old.
Granted Fantastic Beasts is coming up in a few weeks after soo...
I have a feeling that both Nutcracker and Queen will make at least 40 million.
Nutcraker is the type of adventure that has been missing for a while. Never underestimate the power of a Disney Adventure. And as for Queen? Well i think what happened in UK will carry over to the USA. Queen was one of the biggest bands of the world and still is even after Freddie's death.
Wonder how Indivisible is doing, considering how it is Moviepass's favorite new movie of the week.
As for Hunter Killer, the low gross doesn't surprise. You can only make so many awful movie like Uncle's Facebook page...i mean London is Dead and Geostorm before people get tired of you.
