    Too many shows and the constant leaks and social media coverage is definitely creating a sense of fatigue even amongst the hardcore fans. As in people are getting tired of constantly hearing and talking about the MCU. This will be the 6th movie released in 12 months, plus at least 3 D+ shows. It's way too much content and when the quality is noticeably lower than before it feels like a chore.

     

    I still haven't bought tickets for L&T, and neither has my brother, and we're the target audience that watches every episode on the day of release and every movie on OW. I'm still going to watch it next week, but after the disappointments of Hawkeye, NWH and MoM I'm more wary and concerned than I've been since Phase 2.

    Finally caught this today, and man, what a disappointment. I found all the characters unlikeable and insufferable, even Sox. An uninspired and misguided attempt by Pixar. Completely understand the weak WoM. Compare this to the TS movies and it's night and day in terms of quality. Onward, Luca, Turning Red and Lightyear have all been middling to disappointing to me. I hope Pixar can get back into the groove.

    This has been rumored for a long time and they've already set up a few of the pieces. Still, I feel like this should be a D+ series and not a theatrical release.

    Thunderbolts are a team of villains/anti-heroes led by Baron Zemo. Not sure what the lineup will be but probably include Contessa Valentina, John Walker, Abomination, maybe Yelena and Sharon Carter.

    Obviously they're not going to reopen before June 4. My relatives in SH are saying mid to late June.

    They will continue/expand measures until at least the fall when/if Xi Jinping secures his third term.

    Why did China ban it? Because it’s Marvel or because they’re homophobic? 

    Because in one of the scenes there's a newspaper stand that has a sign for a Falun Gung affiliated newspaper that's found everywhere in NYC. China labels Falun Gung as an evil cult and now think that this sign which is on hundreds of stands in NYC is an insult to China.

    As someone who mostly enjoyed CoG I really don't think this one is a better movie. Most of the problems remain, the only improvement is Grindelwald himself. I was bored in several scenes and there are way too many uninteresting characters and subplots that are pointless and lead nowhere or are too quickly and unsatisfyingly resolved.  Not surprised at the audience reaction.

    Seems like the other gods were already prejudiced against Khonshu, as he was already banished for going against their rules. Plus the main avatar was awfully chummy with Harrow at the end there, so they were definitely not unbiased or objective. Seems like they just wanted an excuse to rid themselves of Khonshu and his meddling ways.

    The third person is probably his other alter Jake.

    I'm now convince there will be some Egytpian god cameos in Thor 4. That or a tag at the end of Ep 6 to tie into to Thor 4.
