I finally saw A2 this afternoon and the session was full (there were even people who sat down on the stairs or on the floor because there was no more seats). A2 numbers are huge in France and I saw it in reality today that the numbers don't lie. It's great to see full sessions in France again like last year with NWH. French theaters can thank James Cameron.

I spoke with connoisseurs of the French box office and they expect 10M admits maximum. I obviously hope that A2 will exceed TLK (10.027M) and maybe even TFA (10.507M) to become the biggest film at the French box office since 2014, but for example if A2 has the legs of the latest Star Wars movies or NWH it will "only" finish at 7M-8M admissions, we hope that the WOM will work even better and that the legs will be excellent.

It was one if not the best World Cup final in history (I cried with joy when we came back twice) unfortunately the end result is not for us. I'm happy for Messi who had a great match and a great World Cup (he deserved it) but what a match for Mbappé... hat trick in the World Cup final and 8 goals in the competition.
