    That seems promising, although we can’t compare, Shazam was showing 3 times a day, Aquaman was once or twice.

    It’s hard to tell, GOTG2 had a 4 day holiday weekend in its fourth weekend, only dropped 20% then it had June weekdays.

    $25.3m is great for US. $70m should be safe

    The reviews compare it to Superman. Not the films that started like only 10 years ago.

    Even with the $25m, US is looking on target for $70m. CM increasing almost the same as GOTG2 did.

    Hmm, I’d argue that Us breaking a genre record (original horror) is more impressive than a small second weekend drop.

    Hmm I see no major similarities to A Quiet Place.

    That’s when I clicked on anyway. Also makes sense now that she was upset when her doppelgänger children died. Can’t wait to watch it again to watch her character’s reactions closely. Having the rest of the family act more scared when the doppelgängers first showed up in the house would’ve been helpful.
