  1. This was in the streak of movies that were Die Hard somewhere, Die hard on a plane, a train, etc. This one was Die Hard on a boat But hey I really enjoyed it and I will watch it any time it's on. B+
  2. No, but someone else may not like your opinion
  3. Yeah it was an ok episode last night. It forwarded the story along as it should have
  4. Yeah I watched Human Centipede and expected much worse, but really it was just stupid and bad. As for what I watched, I got the Universal Classic Monsters blu ray set, so I watched The Invisible Man and The Phantom of the Opera
  5. Wow, I may skip this until cable then
  6. Ah so my initial feeling about this movie seems to be confirmed
  7. Yes it was them. Your friend needs their Marvel card taken away

  10. Yeah the third one got better, but I agree that part 2 was probably the worst of the 3
  11. Oh baumer, I forgot, our girl Danielle Harris is in Hatchet II and III and she is mostly nude in shower scene of part 3, no frontal though
  12. I actually enjoyed them. Doesn't mean you will , but I liked them as throwbacks to the "over the top" and somewhat funny horror movies. Just to give an example, not to spoil much, but at one point during one of the 3 movies, (i won't say which so you don't see it coming) people walk through and see someone's testicles hanging from a tree branch and use that to prove that everything is not ok
  13. Yeah i like those scenes, as well. Practical effects always impressed me more. I mean I love CGI as it helped get some subjects on screen that I always wanted, but there's always something when it is actually there. I use the two Thing movies as an example. Have you ever seen the Hatchet trilogy? They purposely went with all practical stuff to go back to the "glory days" of horror flicks. They are pretty funny at times too.
  14. ah yes the dryer corpse scene, I remember it well. Ok, then I saw the special edition
  15. Not sure. I saw it on one of my OnDemand channels and I don't think it made any distinction. Do you know of any scene offhand that was added? I can figure it out from that.
  16. It does seem that way, doesn't it? But yeah I think we have extremely similar tastes, even when we don't agree on a movie yep she was
  17. It's probably just you and me who has actually seen the film
  18. 1. American Hustle - C+ 2. The Wolf of Wall Street - A 3. The Lego Movie - A 4. Robocop - B-/C+ 5. Captain America: The Winter Soldier - A
  19. Yes that was Gary Sinise narrating He's in the credits
  20. Yeah in the comics she is, but they haven't hinted at that in any of the movies yet.
  21. Yeah I love CA:TWS and it's possibly the best of the Marvel movies but it still isn't TDK. I will agree that it is the closest to it, but I will would take TDK first.
