Grace needs to realize that whether it's on April 5 or March 23, WB is gonna get the money regardless and it will be added to the total for the film.
Also, the word of mouth is going to be worth so much more if it hits like it seems it will.

nope.
We didn't even get the snarky Jeff Sneider or Josh Dickey comments about impending doom.

Billy Magussen is right there too! And he has a great relationship with the directors.
I mean again if Ezra was some 'commercially' beloved actor who meant actual $$$ to the franchise, I'd understand, but he's not ... and he doesn't. Obviously him being a big part of FB franchise means nothing as fans are already jumping ship after 2 movies.
Look he was awesome in some indie films and I adore Perks of Being a Wallflower, but enough is enough.

I have absolutely no idea why WB is even wasting their time with Miller/Morrison. Just fucking re-cast and do the movie. Watch them drop Miller after he submits his script and then the directors walk for even being put in this situation where they kind of look like idiots who WB isn't even sold on.

Does The Rock have any involvement in this, even as a cameo? If not, I hope they involve him somehow during the marketing. His social media presence alone would bring a lot of eyes to this movie.
He's a producer.

The Flash tv show isn't popular enough to have a major effect on the box office of a potential Flash film. It's only popular towards certain demographics.
Flash was popular ' for the CW' during the first season or two. Then it became unwatchable garbage and has about 40-45% of the viewers it had in it's peak years. I mean this last week it had 1.5 million viewers.
I stopped watching the show 2 years ago as it's just terrible outside the yearly team up episode.

Hmm, it'll be delayed one year. Two tops. Late 2021 / Summer of 2022 is my bet.
What kind of lunacy is this?
When do you expect him to start filming? While he's still working on Suicide Squad through mid 2021? I don't think so. Absolute earliest is late 2022 at this point.

apparently they are still on cause it says the studio liked what they wrote.
If the studio likes what they wrote, Ezra needs to either accept it or leave. Again, he's no box office draw to be taking a stance against them.

I think it's time to let Ezra go ... this is going on forever between scripts and his status on Fantastic Beasts ... and to be honest, his version of Flash is not some beloved thing that we must see.
Hire someone else ... and move on. This is ridiculous.

So earliest it can be out is 2022?
Not as good as next May but still better than never.
I don't even think that's likely as Suicide Squad doesn't even come out til summer 2021 (unless they move it up, which I suppose is possible if filming this fall) but man, it could be 2023 at the earliest. That's a long time for Disney to wait on that franchise. Guess when have so many options in MCU have time.

Damn, he gets to go back and forth between companies with similar style projects.

Since Johns got more power 😉
Except Johns has pretty much lost power now. He's not in charge of these films anymore post Justice League debacle. It's Walter Hamada.

I guess the screenings were in NY tonight. RT critic who usually hated DC films in recent years, but loved Aquaman.

No need to break it down to a pissing contest ... CM made more opening weekend, and it will have to get a healthy multiplier to pass Wonder Woman overall in the US.
Overseas ... well, MCU is a beast. CM should get close to 1.1 billion.
but having seen both, I agree with @CJohn
