this worked out fine for me, no surcharges, but apparently service went down for a few hours -
i'm not, the movie is fine, but it was also something you could pass on in theater, and watch on home video

Avengers was just an example from their website. In theory early showings should not have peak pricing for Antman or if you buy ticket before noon. But i don't trust Moviepass at all. -

So this will make about half as much as Ocean's Eleven. Not sure they will continue this franchise given the lukewarm reception and box office.

Moviepass says once a month you can see a popular movie without a surcharge, not sure how that will work, so plan accordingly
