I compare CA2 opening to TFA's base on figures Mojo has, and see that Cap doubled or outopened TFA pretty significantly in quite a lot of markets. The one big market where the increase is minimal is Mexico, but then base on what Olive posted, Cap2 total over there already passed $16M in 2 weeks (?) while TFA total is $20M. And aside from Argentina, it's doing better than TFA in other Latin America territories. Some big European countries boasts healthy increase too.Really hoping for the big 400M. Would be incredible for Cap.
I need to watch it again, but Sitwell was explaining the algorithm that Zola wrote, which studied. analyzed, and tracked everything including history, activity, DNA, potential threat, etc... of monitored subjects.
For all the early talks of this movie being Avengers 1.5, it's actually a very natural follow-up to The First Avenger. Tying up some loose ends in that movie pretty nicely.
Awesome. Asian performance is making up for the difference in Europe. Hopefully Latin America will make up for the rest. Would love to see Cap crossing 400M OS.

Yeah, it was clear to me too. Hydra exists in the modern world now, operating in the gray area and highly advanced tech, but it's essentially a very black and white organization, which is exactly a reflection of its founder The Red Skull. Kinda agree with Gopher about Bucky. The Winter Soldier lacks development and depth. Though I'm not sure I want to see more of him either.
I'm pretty good at keeping my expectations in check, so most likely not that.Hard to say with the ranking at the moment. But behind Avengers definitely. And I do think it did a lot of things better than IM1, but I don't know, I'm not sure about the overall feeling. I need to rewatch it.
