acsc1312
It's not really her fault she's in all these movies at once. Delays are what really has her crowded this season. It's one of the best debuts I've seen from an actress, though. Hopefully she keeps getting all this work.

CoolioD1
I'm dying to see that. How good is it?That's one I haven't seen. But everyone says it's amazing so I'm just surprised that Jeff hates it that much.
fishstick
Relax, people, heigl was getting so much love for Knocked Up and Grey`s Anatomy and ended her run at GGs. And now hasn`t come close to anything awards-worthy for years. McCarthy is on the same train plus she`s fat. So much smaller chance to ever get a second chance.

acsc1312
It really is a WTF supporting race this year. I loved Drive, but Brooks wasn't award worthy in my book. Nomination, maybe but not to win anything. Same with McCarthy.
CoolioD1
Plummer wins in LA. I thought Brooks was gonna go 3/3.

rockNrollaDIM
I agree about Brooks. I barely noticed his performance during the film, then when I started to read the reactions/reviews that's all I heard about. I'll have to watch it again. 4815162342
Plummer wins in LA. I thought Brooks was gonna go 3/3. Plummer is a very deserving winner though. Brooks and Plummer have taken all of the awards so far (4 and 2) so this is definitely a 2-horse race.

fishstick
Chastain team needs to put the effort behind The Help. That`s her best chance. The movie is loved and a huge hit, performance is showy and it`s a lock for Best Actress and another Best Supporting Actress nom. And we know that AMPAS love to nominate two in supporting from the same movie (Chicago, Fighter, etc).

acsc1312
Yeah, I'd push for The Help if I were in her team. It's a slightly better performance.
