Stretch of the Mind: Disney brings us a new animated feature in which the world is lacking in creativity, nothing can be original anymore, and the Earth's inhabitants are depleted of anything original as it has been done before.  However, there is a dreamer, a young girl who believes that we can still be original and creative but the mere thought of this sends her to Juvenal prison or a futuristic form of Juvenal where she meets up with a group of other kids who, along the years in which they have been confined in the Juvenal prison, have discovered something that no other human has ever discovered before... something... "Original!"  However, underground, the futuristic form of the black market is starting to make their move and are led by a mysterious figure the young girl seems to know...  (Hint: it's her Dad).  The government gets involved, the futuristic black market gets involved, the world gets involved, there is something for everyone: politicians, criminals / innocent traders who are led to believe the black market is just a mere tool that they can utilize without having grounded knowledge about how the system works, and citizens of the world!
