SchumacherFTW
Also...TDKR made $1.084M WW. So it will be easily remembered for being the conclusion to the "Nolan Batman" trilogy. There isn't any billion dollar grosser that won't be remembered, tbh. Alice in Wonderland and Transformers 4 beg to differ.
MrFanaticGuy34
Alice in Wonderland and Transformers 4 beg to differ. True...Granted, mainly due to the so-so reception from Alice & the atrocious reception from TF4. But the thing is...AIW was one the first 3D films in 2-3 months since Avatar.. That's why people went to see the film. And it opened at $116M and finished at $334M DOM. And TF4 went to become a massive phenomenon in China with a whopping $320M over there. And it pushed that film to 1.1B WW. And if there are things that we won't forget about those 2 movies, is how much money they made and what records they beat. Now...if it were a mediocre movie that did fine WW, and people don't think much about it...it could be forgotten...but when a movie makes over $1B WW....it's so hard to forget about it. department store basement
Alice in Wonderland and Transformers 4 beg to differ. You seriously think Burton's Alice won't be well remembered? I can name less than 10 movies from 2010 that are better remembered right now than Alice. (Though most of its memorability came from Depp and Bonham-Carter.) And it's really too soon to tell for Transformers 4.
