4815162342
In which the weekend totals for every film, every weekend are posted. Here is a tentative schedule for how this'll go down:Thursday- January to MarchFriday- April to JuneSaturday- July to SeptemberSunday- October to DecemberMonday or Tuesday- The Financial Index (Domestic Totals, Worldwide Totals, and Net Profitability)How I do the actuals:First, I average the predictions made by the players together to reach a foundation. Then, for most of the films, I'll adjust the weekend opening upwards or downwards, but never by more than 10-15%. This gives the predictions by players a significant effect on outcomes. BUT, for some films, I'll go beyond predictions by alot to give the year either a surprise hit or a surprise flop. Empire
Epic Chase made back its budget back, and more, so I would say that it was a success.Hopefully, it can crawl to $45 million or $50 million. Its weekdays could be decent, so maybe that will get it there.

4815162342
I'd like to thank Ry for posting holdover actuals at the end of the Year 1 Actuals thread, it made the beginning of this year look like normal weekend actuals.I'm calculating domestic/worldwide numbers as I go, and I'll just say that in the first 3 months we have quite the impressive bomb (based on budget and how much studios actually get from WW gross).
