I still think you're in for one hell of a ride. And more importantly, it's 13,534 words long. Have fun. I’m reading it tomorrow or Wednesday if I have time. Might kick off my Y3 reviews with it along with the January films.

Because honestly I think Dinosaur is basically crap and I've thought the idea for CTE was pretty damn silly ever since you first brought it up. But you're a good writer, so... @cookie Also I have a strong dislike of Colin Trevorrow and a low estimation of his abilities as (again, IMO) Jurassic World was also crap. So just a heads-up not to take it personally if I don't wind up giving this a good review.

There's... a lot more going on than that synopsis and the opening is letting on, I will admit. I had Trevorrow mainly because @YourMother the Edgelord had Favreau booked for Lilo & Stitch. I am in the search of another director just because I think Trevorrow would invite too many JW comparisons. cookie
Actually nobody's plucked Joe Cornish from me yet? Then he's CTE's new director.

Ezen Baklattan
I totally didn’t realize that SH technically has the same runtime as The Dark Knight. Not that I should get my hopes up or anything....
Ezen Baklattan
@cookie that moment when you realize Chiwetel Ejiofor is gonna have two movies combine to hopefully $600m+ that open within two weeks of each other. 1

He gets some juicy stuff near the end of Homeward too, but honestly I’m mainly gonna push Edgerton for Supportingn Actor, but Rockwell and Ejiofor could sneak in. Real talk, could Heaton plausibly be put into lead?
