Silent Hill: Restless Dreams 

 

Although the first one was superior, due to it’s more well done atmosphere as well as slightly more streamlined, this sequel is still a great film. The cast delivers, the score is strong as ever, the scares work as well and the writing is still strong. You’ll be in for a good time.

 

8.5/10.0 (originally an 8.2 but it grew a bit on me)

The Square Mile

 

I love me some Numbers fall crime flicks and The Square Mile certainly ain’t no slouch. The writing is superb like the acting (Watts was great), and the action is always exciting. The only problem is at times it’s a bit predictable but the final product is great.

The Dogs of Babel 

 

A very well done mystery flick. Sterling K Brown is strong as the lead and the film is always interesting for what it is, to say the least. Not to mention I want a Gobi/Lorelei Team Up Movie now.
