I think they just want to wrap up the Multiverse Saga soon to then "start again" in a more organized way, different way of doing shows now, better planning, more exciting projects and just better structure after the rough period post Endgame that led to the studio restructuring.

I doubet there is going to be total reboot of the MCU.

I think they might get to the X Men a bit quicker then expected,though.

I notice the Scarlet Witch rumors were not making the rounds until after Agatha was a hit.
