If someone will be helped by this tragedy, it will be Aécio. Unless Eduardo's VP candidate takes his place, which would be Marina Silva. She was a candidate in 2010 and had 20% of the votes. That and better health, education and infraestructure.I can understand that,I heard many negative things about Brazil in these fields,particularly infrastructures.Education and health can certainly improve,even with Dilma,infrastructures would be more difficult given her weak performance is linked to corruption.
