LiT's only advantage against CZ12 and other movies is its comedy theme. But nothing else, unless it can generate tremendous WoM as LoP did. It is a low-budget movie, and 150M yuan would be fine.Btw, pre-sales looks not bad.

Online tracking is not accurate. It has about 500 more shows tracked online compared with last Friday, +40%. So it seems to be increasing but not. National wide, LoP screen count has just increased about 10% from last weekend.

Mon-Thu this week (62M yuan) is about -13% down from last Mon-Thu (71M yuan), for instance.

So how it ended? Did LoP drop during last weekend?

Three Ang Lee films have been released in Mainland:Crouching Tiger 14M #9 of 2001lust, caution 136M #6 of 2007Life of Pi #4 of 2012(in yuan)In recent interviews, Lee said he feels very grateful for audience seeing his movie, very satisfied sure.

Hulk got a mainland release in October 2003. According to this, it only made about 8m yuan and placed outside the yearly top 20. But then I don't know how reliable these numbers are (they're certainly not very specific). Kind of interesting to note that Hulk falls right between Daredevil and X2 on the import chart. China Film Newspaper "中国电影报“ data now is not right, not usable anymore.

Entgroup weekly numbers is about right [they now get weekly data from the National Film Development Funds Management Committee (NFDFMC)专资办] but their cume numbers is not, since hundred second tie-er theaters only report box office a few days later after Sunday.
