Wow, that's one of the worst entries ... still interesting in some plot points, but boring and sloppily executed. The Nexus thing is never really explored, you'd think they would throw their science that way if such a thing appeared but it's just a McGuffin to unite Picard and Kirk. What a waste, it's the most interesting thing in this film!

Data is the worst character in anything ever. Beyond that I didn't really get a feel for any of the characters

Pretty much a disaster that does nothing right, other than setting a blander, unoriginal path to a once  refreshing series.

 

Its overreliance on cheap jokes, pretty women and boring action is disgusting.

 

Are we supposed to care about Piccard because he monologues about his dead family, a super tired trope btw, once in the middle of the film?

 

Also, Data is the worst.
