Woooooow. Great opening!!! I saw Skyfall on Friday. The film is much better than QoS but not as good as CR (a fantastic new villain, incredible Naomi Harris, beautiful pictures (possible Oscar nomination for Best Cinematography I think), and two great action sequences - in Shanghai and in London). I give it 8/10. I'm a big fan of James Bond, I watched all his movies at least 2 times (and read the first 8 books by Ian Fleming), and I think Skyfall is one of the best parts of the series, behind Casino Royale (my favorite), GoldenEye and From Russia with Love.

Without China - $490M. With China - $540M! Worldwide = $700M at least!!!

In USA TDKR can gross another $20-23 mln and easily surpass $450 mln. Final OS number will be between $630-640 mln.

But it will be close. About $1,08-1,09 mld.

6-day estimates TDKR around 180,000,000 yuan = $28,4 mln With Sunday it should be over $30 mln.

Monday was good, but weekend was bigger than we expected: "The Dark Knight Rises added $16 million for a new foreign total of $520 million" http://boxofficemojo.com/news/?id=3508&p=.htm I think $575 mln OS after this weekend are very likely (+ $432-433 mln DOM - including monday).

This same happened when On Stranger Tides was released. At World's Ends up to $654 mln OS. That's right. Not true. Every year set a new OS box office record: 2006 overseas final numbers - $8,6Billion 2007 overseas final numbers - $9,5B (+ 10,5%) 2008 overseas final numbers - $9,9B (+ 4,2%) ...

I doubt that. Domestic would be $407-408M + max $485M OS ($490M not gonna happen IMO) = $89?M and will be close to 900WW.

Where is TDKR?

TA is not top SH movie in Poland too (first Batman still is) and TDKR will easily win against TA this year.

And me too. TDKR will be first 1 billion movie without 3D since TDK in 2008, and probably last in box office history. I see right now $445-455 mln DOM + over $600 mln OS!
