busy for us on Mrs Brown.. busiest we've been for ages actually.
i always hated it on the tv but i've been watching bits and pieces and it is actually quite funny
bet it wouldn't be getting them if it was a regular Friday opening.
the Saturday opening means the midnight shows make a lot more sense as they are really on Friday night now.
how to train your dragon has been pushed back a week to the 11th of july.
it now has previews on the 15th of june (mid afternoon only, 3D only), the 28th and 29th of june (all day, all formats) and the 5th and 6th of july (all day, all formats)
transformers is moving forwards to Saturday 5th july (same type of opening as Bad Neighbours had a few weeks back)
we had a massive day on xmen yesterday. out of nowhere because thursday and friday were decent but in line with expectations. but yesterday just exploded.
bookings for today are looking a lot quieter though
Does anyone know why How To Train Your Dragon 2 has an advance screening on the 15th of June?
It's released on the 4th of July, and there are previews on the 28th & 29th of June (fair enough, Saturday & Sunday previews the week before are pretty standard), but there's also one on Sunday 15th?
yeah it will be everywhere with 3 or more screens which is obviously like 95% of all cinemas.
We've had a quieter day today. Think everyone is getting ready to go back to schoolwork tomorrow. The weather hasn't helped either.
We never showed it on Wednesday and Thursday as we didn't get told about the date change until too late.
It's much bigger than Captain America's first Friday here though
yeah yesterday was our best day so far on Rio. It should only improve as we get closer to Easter really.
We weren't even told about the previews on Spider-Man.. pretty annoyed about that
yeah the scheduling is very strange with muppets and captain America both next week, then Rio, Noah and Divergent the week after when the last 2 or three weeks have been dead.
it's the same at the end of aprilstart of may and then june is absolutely rammed
We started with GBH this weekend and have been pretty pleased with it - it's doing a lot better than I expected. Very strange looking film though.
We've also got A Long Way Down which is doing OK, especially if it's going to open nationwide under £500k
Muppets is pretty quiet compared with what I was expecting.
