Just saw the Kai Patterson cut. It's the entire Obi-Wan series but condensed down to 2.5 hrs. It is not only orders of magnitude in improvement on the original series but actually made me kinda like the Inquisitor lady villain. It makes the Obi-Wan series my 3rd favorite Disney+ Star Wars series (behind Andor and Mandalorian but ahead of Bad Batch & Book of Boba) I highly recommend everyone give it a look.

Topic reminds me of Inside Out. I'm down!
I'm behind on my Pixar. I used to watch every film...almost (I don't intend to watch Cars 3, Good Dinosaur, or Lightyear) but need to see Turning Red, Onward and Luca.

I think I'll check this out in a local 4DX theater (moving chairs and wind/water effects), then IMAX 3D for my 2nd weekend viewing.

I feel like the sequel is several years too late but we need more family movies.

Since when is north of three hours a bother to anyone here? Titanic, LOTR, Avatar and other are all north of three hours long. If the film is entertaining and engaging, no one will care.
Not to mention the behemoth that is Endgame.

Also, me = huge fanboy of Elon. Our generation's Edison.
The backlash after he started calling out woke culture and far left liberals is not surprising.

I'm going to really miss Takeoff. He had amazing flow. 😞
RIP.

Top Gun: Maverick came out in May. It left the top 10 only 2 weeks ago. In its 21st weekend. What I just typed are all accurate statements of a boxoffice feat that really happened. Let that sink in.
E.T. spent 44 weekends in the box office top 10. Other unstoppable films included Top Gun (27), Titanic (26), Forrest Gump (26), Home Alone (25), Back to the Future (24), and now Top Gun: Maverick (21).
Next up is MBFGW (19), Frozen (16), and Chicago (16).It's the only sequel on the above list and had a similar run to the first TG run from 36 years earlier.

Whoa! This was totally not on my radar. Huge fan of Jonathan Majors. Given the story, I hope they take it easy on the guilt trip racism stuff and don't make it too woke. Looking forward to this.

I was surprised at the lack of promotional material but I hear the trailer is going to drop very soon.

One of the better DC movies and would have been top 2 DCEU if it was part of the expanded universe.

Super Bowl commercial?

What’s with the dumb thread subtitles? Lol
