There was quite a few risky things he put into the movie, but I obviously can't explain them here because they would be classed as spoilers.... but you know which parts was risky to some people. And yes, asking Snyder to direct to this movie was also a risky move from WB.
I'm not sure if they'll replace Snyder or not. I guess it's a little too late at this point to change him. I suppose they could delay the movie, but I'm not sure if that'll be for the best interest.
We're all making assumptions at this point.
Maybe they did think it was a good movie. Apparently elmayimbe said other cuts of the movie got tested really positively to the one that was shown in the theater. Not sure if it's true, but that's what he said.
WB will be paying more much attention by this now. They'll be a concerned how this movie has performed after the opening weekend.
Can't say I'm not disappointing by this, considering there isn't much competition to top it off.

Yeah, this movie will make a decent profit, but I'd imagine WB would have expected much better for this movie. I did really like this film, but I can't say I'm not disappointed that it's not going to make more than it is.
