I've actually only read the first 100 pages of the book.... not sure why I didn't finish it. I guess I'll have to pick it up again and start reading it.
I see Grace Randolph is now in a Twitter war with John Campea and one of the guys from Collider movie talk.
She has to stop. She's defending a movie like it's a masterpiece. Yeah, I really enjoyed Batman v Superman.... but I can also see why people hate the movie. The movie has a lot of editing problems and some of the story makes no sense.
It's making her look unprofessional..... and quite pathetic.
I think Cavill has done a great job, considering the scripts he's had to work with haven't been the best. And as you said, he's trying to make his own Superman.
I have been for Batman v Superman since the end of the 2nd weekend. By then I knew it wouldn't make a billion, so I stopped caring. lol
I did change my prediction quickly after.
He doesn't have to redeem anything. He has won plenty of awards..... is a good actor, one of the best directors out there and a respectable guy in the industry. Not to mention, everyone pretty much agrees he was the best part in Batman v Superman.
That was because of the strike, wasn't it?
They're leaving it a little bit late to announce they're delaying the Justice League. I highly doubt they're going to wait till the 11th and say they're delaying it.
WB have already stated they do not care about the 2nd weekend drop. It seems they're content with the backlash and with it making a somewhat decent profit when it's all said and done. I think they was kinda expecting this, so they can move on and focus on the other movies. By the looks of things, Snyder isn't going anywhere.
