why just dollar theaters. Let's get a full re-release. It'll get TA to 3x faster
-
Ouch that's steeper than the first estimates. So TE2 is dropping fast and BL is not stabilizing with week over week drop of 55%.
-
Thanks. So TE2 has about a 29% drop. That's a little steep but not a collapse. BL 20% drop. Better than last week. As long as the numbers are better, I'm happy.
-
I hope your right about them benchmarking against Identity. In many ways it makes sense since its almost like a start of a new trilogy. But considering the success of Supremacy and Ultimatum as well as Bourne as a a brand, I think they were looking for something more. I was thinking somewhere between Identity and Supremacy for a final number. Right now, Legacy will need some better holds to match Identity.
-
Nice jump for BL!
-
Almost a rounding error but I'll take it! So guessing that the rest of the week will look like:Tues 1.87 +10%Weds 1.5 -20%Thurs 1.59 6%Weekly total will be around 23-24. 55+% drop. Ouch.
-
:(That's worse than I wanted but it's the end of summer already so kind of expected. Sort of similar to last years numbers.Just was hoping EX2 or BL could hold more but I guess not.

I've been trying to find any news on a possible release of this in the US? Does anyone have any info? Thanks

Thanks. Well no matter what OS will have to make up some ground to help make up for DOM market. Is 200M asking for too much?
-
So 40M projected final. Damn good number. Please come true! This will place it as the number 4 SH movie in Japan after all the SM1 2 & 3 right?

Any particular reason for the staggered release? Or are they basically paralleling TDKR foreign releases?
-
A-The good:Great action sequences. Jet Li's sole action scene and Statham's were incredible.Never took itself too seriously.Damn funny.I keep on saying it but, it's a throwback action movie. Unbelievable body count and endless bullets. Love it!Chuck Norris/Lone Wolf entrance. Guy kills most of the bad guys and destroys a tank by himself. Fantastic...Last but not least: Bruce/Arnold/Sly in an action scene together = worth the price of admission.Needed work:Great to see all the old school action, but they were still longer cameo appearances. I was actually expecting more teamwork feel like TA (or maybe I'm just spoiled by TA)Hemsworth character was not needed.JCVD bad guy needed to be more bad! He needed more screen time.Randy Couture not being showcased as much. UFC fighter and he's not showing much skills on screen!?
