it seems like even Insurgent cuts close to the Matrix universe and makes me wonder if the film industry has a restriction on similar movies. it seemed like there was a huge drought around Star Wars, maybe Star Wars had like a patent on laser sound effects for example, or adults just didn't want those kind of movies.

can you buy like 20 million of block tickets from your own movie when it is in theaters and somehow see 1/2 your money back?

and it is, two days later. woke up for a 2am piss, now its past 4am, and about to crack open a soda that won't put me back to bed, 48 hours later from this last post, got through 1/2 of Little Italy 48 hours ago in a similar situation, with soda and food, and restarting it now. Probably put on about 60 ounces in between that time from being soo out of schedule with sleep and calorie consumption. The movie is the dryest of Rom-coms, but the movie is all about the chemistry of the leads, and I see that in a dry rom-com, the acting chemistry is all about the cinematography to make the movie convincing. The dumbest of movies though. C-/D+. maybe deeper fans of the genre give it thumbs up.

Top 100 Movies of the 1970s - October 6th is deadline
dxmatrixdt replied to Jason's topic in Archived Lists and Countdowns
it would take a day for me to watch all the trailers and find 100 movies to watch. I gotta watch as many possible from 1989 before the mock/fantasy trial is over -
is there an opening for Xi?
