  1. I got the Iron Giant on there in a respectable and tidy position right below Mystery, Alaska and But I'm a Cheerleader at #67 with a B-. (in a stack of 90-100 movies) I have watched tons of movies these last 2 weeks, I don't see how Iron Giant makes it on top, if one is switching from movie to movie, and competing with them! My list is the best one out there, it is for the eX-files. I'd define my personal tastes by getting a separation or restraining order from people who treasure those films. The Iron Giant love depresses me soo much I might get a sex change to turn into Jennifer Lawrence
  2. watched this for the first time the other week and it is one of the most overrated movies I have ever seen. B- (80) I am severely disappointed in everyone's opinions and classic rankings. Is this supposed to be the ultimate Ratatouille or something?
  3. these lists are horrible. Iron Giant at #1? How was it that good? no point in revisiting 1989 movies since they reflect the worse in what we experience everyday with those suffocating sex comedies and people doing the barn dance, and people ignoring things that are actually important
  4. good numbers so far, hopefully they go up

  7. interested in the timeline choices on his filmography from Any Given Sunday to World Trade Center to Savages to Snowden...
  8. yes, i'm watching them free and they could be altered so i'm knocking off points. at least the movies exist and are not destroyed by 120 minutes of interference. alot of sappy or suffocating 80s music from sex comedies, too much annoyance 85 - Dogma 84 - SLC Punk! 83 - The Virgin Suicides 80 - But I'm A Cheerleader 79 - Summer of Sam 77 - The Corrupter 75 - The Astronaut's Wife 74 - Instinct 73 - Superstar 73 - Life
  9. is the new cat fur from cats supposed to be cheap? Ex-Machina was cheap. that should change the way special effects are used in movies. anyone can be anything, eye candy should then be harder to sell. is the cats movie supposed to be like an equivalent of a 100M movie turned into a year-long inexpensive production with whatever you want? Something from the bedroom?
  10. im mad at all of you! watching The Corruptor that came out the same weekend i staked out The Rage: Carrie 2. The Corruptor is like The Matrix where they shoot up soo much you wonder why they aren't dodging bullets. From The Corruptor to The Matrix. It's like Phantom Menace, a testament to violence. Droids, Clones, and missing laser shots. They really tightened up what they show in movies after this. (inside of movies)
  11. i'm guessing they'd all be eligible but i'd recommend them considering the top 30 (tallying up the top 30 in points) before declaring whatever it is ineligible. i'm watching SLC Punk! again and it is a paaaarrrrtaaayyyyyy
  12. same w/ Boondock Saints showing up in European territories in 1999, but being released in 2000. The Virgin Suicides was too a year in advance, not sure if it is a foreign language premier, maybe scenes are altered.
  13. i thought they creatively hindered the movie when i did a stoned by stoned 20+ years later rewatch 2 months ago. Not sure if the Jon Favreau felt the same way.... Everyone loves a laugh, everyone laughed at War of the Apes and Terminator: Genisys
