  1. The Lost City Greater Philadelphia Area Seat Report T-15 and Counting Sellouts Showings Seats Sold Total Seats Perct Sold TOTALS 0 55 117 12340 0.95% Total Seats Sold Today: 4 Comp 6.500x of Jungle Cruise T-15 (17.55M) 0.425x of Scream T-15 (1.49M) 0.534x of Uncharted T-15 (1.98M) So yeah, a new comp...that is basically useless until later on down the road. Take what you can get I suppose, though it will probably be fun to see the fall happen.
  2. How is it his fault that the movie needs some reshoots? He didn't intentionally try to ruin the DC slate or whatever.
  3. So will this get pushed to 2024 then? I really hope not, but I get that December is when musicals perform best.
  4. Literally from a couple days after the Lightyear tweet. Sorry, until I see hard evidence that it will 100% be only in theaters, no matter what, I'm assuming the worst. It's best to expect the worst than set yourself up for disappointent
  5. Tweet from the Doctor Strange account says "only in theaters" Tweet from the Lightyear account does not say "only in theaters" nor "in theaters" You don't find that the tiniest bit weird or off-putting? At all?
  6. Animated movies are in the works long before they get announced. I would be shocked if it wasn't ready.
  7. Then why aren't they saying "Lightyear is coming to theaters"? If they were so confident like you are suggesting, they would say so.
  8. Do you have a source? Do you actually have the insider knowledge that it will be theatrical no matter what? Because everything else has been very, very coy when it comes to if the film will be theatrical only, which we haven't gotten with other films. And it's well-documented, in my eyes, that Disney has a waning interest in theatrical revenue.
  9. I would say Strange World, the new Disney Animation film, but that's probably a Disney+ exclusive since Disney hates movie theaters. After that it's just Fablemans, the new Spielberg drama. Warner typically hosts the pre-Thanksgiving opener, so might as well push it back two weeks and have Black Panther move up a week a la Ragnarok/Justice League
  10. I guess maybe they just didn't have anything important to say about them this far out? I dunno
