  1. When I was like in the first or second grade, I remember seeing some sort of poster or promo for Shark Tale that had "Only in Theaters" plastered on it, and it made me super nervous, because I thought it meant it would never come to DVD, and when it left theaters, it would never come back.
  2. Pacific Rim 86 1924 2.13% Sherlock Gnomes 103 2130 4.27% PR Comps: 9% of Ragnarok ($11.6M) 43% of Jumanji ($15.5M) 66% of Red Sparrow ($11.1M) 77% of Tomb Raider ($18.1M) SG Comps (Excluding previews from the comps): 153% of My Little Pony ($13.2M) 22% of Wonder ($5.9M) 29% of Coco's 3-Day ($14.6M) 79% of Ferdinand ($10.6M) 51% of Jumanji ($18.6M) 80% of Showman ($7.1M) 69% of Paddington 2 ($7.4M) 30% of Peter Rabbit ($7.6M) 15% of Wrinkle in Time ($4.9M) With Pacific Rim, I'm a little hesitant on people saying $20M is a lock now, but maybe my theater's just underperforming. Gnomes meanwhile
  3. Oh, I can't wait to hear about the reactions from the Sherlock Gnomes crowds when they see Eli Roth's "family picture." Also, @grim22 @CJohn move this to the main thread

  5. I felt so bad rewatching the film a couple of years back. It was one of my introductory movies that made me say "Hey, cinema seems like a fun hobby," and I was absolutely obsessed with the film back then. But about two or so years ago, I rewatched it, and...yeah, it doesn't hold up as well as it did when I first saw it.
  6. This will make $100M, and everyone's gonna be like "wtf how did this happen"
