WB should have both of their golden boys in one movie. Get Clint Eastwood to star, while Julie Andrews plays the dead wife. She's now cool with WB since she appeared in that one iconic Aquaman scene.
Maybe it's just my feed, but Letterboxd isn't really super cinebro. They definitely are there, but there's a huge contingent of queer film twitter and commie film twitter on the site as well. Definitely one of the more woke places for film discussion.
Kid Who Would Be King's trailers made the movie look dire and obnoxious. I got the preview at Mary Poppins Returns, and even the kids didn't seem all that impressed by it.
If it weren't for the good reviews, I would have skipped seeing it in the theater.
Oh yeah, runtimes w/out credits and attachments for next week's release (nobody cares, but might as well add something):
Miss Bala: 1:39. Attachments unknown (Once Upon a Time and The Intruder I guess?)
Something I just realized is that both this and Frozen 2 have Sterling K. Brown in the cast, and they're both dropping the same day. Guess he has something to be thankful about.
