Clearly, they are the brains of the Marvel family

It's very likely none of them had ever been following Gunn.
The original poster backtracking after someone pointed out the dates didn't say what she thought they did:

All you need to know about D'Souza. Guy committed fraud, blamed the people who caught him.

Surprisingly little.

The fact that people use the excuse the tweets were many years ago (most of them say 10 yrs) and don't reflect the person he is now are laughable to say the least.
He has pedo tweets up until 2012. He miraculously changed in 6 years and 1 year before making the first Guardians. Are you kidding me?
On another note he never apologized for the tweets in the past, he only apologized for some pedo posts he had in his personal blog. Big difference!
This is a surprisingly simplistic and sad way to live.
I feel sorry for you.

Yeah but then re-caving a week later to the anti-firing backlash again would just play into that narrative even more.
Maybe? Copping to a mistake and working to correct it also looks strong.

This is the first time Bradley Cooper has officially commented on these movies in any capacity
Now I just want to know if Diesel wore stilts while signing it.

I've returned just to say Pom Klementiff signature is bonkers. Bautista's signature is beautiful.
Farewell,
AJG.
I love it.

They should just keep him on as exec producer or something as a consolation. Rehiring him as director at this point would make Disney look like a bunch of weak fools and give everyone whiplash lol.
They already kind of look like weak fools for caving so quickly to Cernovich.

Is this the first time Vin Diesel and Bradley Cooper have officially commented on this?

FWIW the only times I’ve been ID’ed with A List have been for R rated movies. When I saw Skyscraper, they didn’t bother checking my ID even though A List members are supposed to be carded every time no matter the rating.
Both times I've used it, no one even checked my ticket.

I'm reminded that I should really ignore people who post more than three/four times on a single page of this thread.

I'm not even remotely an atheist. I can't imagine not ever being a creationist. I just have a pet peeve about people throwing around quotes from any Holy book really. It almost always strikes me as intellectually lazy pandering. My insides always scream, "we get it you want us to know that you're religious because you keep yelling about it, what are you hiding?" I'm in the weird position where I'm sort of apart of an organized religion but I kinda dislike a lot of the trappings of organized religion in general. Not Pratt or anyone else fault that I have that issue but I do.
It just looks like talking in memes and references to me.
But I am an atheist.

I have. It's a lot smoother than MP for getting Tickets, which is a plus, and the App functions better as well. being able to reserve online is pretty great too.
I haven't tested it yet, but given how the system works, it does seem possible to get more than one free ticket per showing. Just not on the same purchase.

That was surprisingly fun.

Having seen La La Land.
Mamma Mia. Music is waaaaay better.

Situations like this. Where one has no control. At least how I feel about it, it's best to hope for the best, than assume the worst.

To offer a possible suggestion on why Incredibles 2 was at peak pricing even a month after release. That is all.
Yes. You did make that it was a kids movie in summer quite clear.

I can't alter the way you perceived my reply. I can only tell you the intent was not what you describe as your takeaway.
Then I'm still unsure of what you're intent was.

A kids movie, during summer. I could believe it, should it be the case, probably not but it's a kids movie in the summer. Skyscraper was not peak pricing when I saw that at a matinee, I'd wager cause it's not a kids movie in the summer.
Maybe, I still think it's bullshit trying to justify peak pricing on any movie over a month after it's (wide) release. Yeah, I have an opinion about something. And go ahead and disagree with it. Don't treat me like an idiot and try and belittle me. That's rude and uncalled for. So, grow up.

So, I'm kind of done with Movie Pass. No way can you sell me that last weekend Incredibles 2 should be at peak pricing all day. Cancelled it and once my paycheck hits I'll sign up for AMC's thing.

They going to just trash Gunn's script as well?

It's the reminder that you are only paying attention to this at a very surface level and have absolutely no idea what you're actually saying.
It's kind of funny, in a sad depressing cosmic joke that we're all getting dumber and lacking critical thought, kind of way.
