    it is. They don't even really want to release F v F. It's obviously bigger than those live-action Disney titles and SW. But they would rather have nothing than spend time to earn little money(less than $50-100M box office) from Fox brand.

    Admit the negative fact from TLJ doesn't mean it's a bad movie. Both TLJ fans and haters should realize it. If Marvel made Infinity War / Endgame right after the first Avengers movie, it could be the same situation.

    taking about cutting down by the way, a friend told me that Disney is generous to those ex-staffs in Fox. Normally, they could get three months salary. But I heard Disney paid them nine.

    I think Disney might be mainly aimed at Kathleen Kennedy. They don't need to cut down staffs for saving money, but KK's style is not suitable to current business model of Disney. After TROS, there could be a conflict between Disney executives and Lucasfilm leaders.

    More serious problem is Disney & Lucasfilm might not even know what to do after Skywalker saga. They said they wanna do so many new trilogies, but they can't even keep the 2022 date at this point. Take a break? With Disney's personality, I don't think they would allow this to happen.

    these are pretty epic and funny to local audience. But I don't think Disney would make anything like prequel trilogy for China or any Asia market. no offence but these make us feel more like old western cowboy movie. Why a sci-fi world looks so poor, simple and crude.

    but the problem is that Disney & Lucasfilm treated TLJ as their own BvS. Both of them freaked studios out for whatever reasons. And both WB and Disney think they have to fix/reverse it by the next movie JL/TROS. And the results prove it couldn't work.

    I think this is exactly right and just prove SW can be Marvel. Marvel would never give Happy Hogan a standalone movie, but people from Lucasfilm and Disney thought wrongly they can do these things by SW.

    I personally think SW could be Marvel, but Skywalker saga couldn't. A single story thread shouldn't work like that.

    They considered TLJ as a "failure" because it didn't hit their expectation. I don't think $1,000M can feed them so well.
