    From a recent article. I think that's meant to be 25% of the budget (that's the deal for Avatar, anyway. Not sure if that's for every movie) so that would point to a budget around 100M, give or take.

    It would be in the top 50 for every studio except Disney, WB and Fox (and it'd still be in the top 60 for the last two). Not too surprising. Unless you adjust, 150m+ movies have only become common occurrences relatively recently.
