  1. January: Johnny Test: $18M/$50M Dead Space: $25M/$65M Haunting Hour: $5M/$12M The Mole: $30M/$40M/$100M Extrasensory: $15M/$22M/$45M Baseball Boy: $21M/$70M When A Stranger Calls: $3M/$8M
  2. Dead Space Yes this film is very troubled and muddled but I admire its ambition. The cast and Muschietti does their best, and the budget helps the film. Not to mention it definitely has its moments. However the execution prevents this film from achieving but on the bright side, it beats most video game adaptations. 4.7/10.0
  3. Damn good trailer. Can really see this breakout. Not like $200M+, but I can see it making a nice $25M/$150M run.
  4. ... But before I get to Dead Space, let’s play a mystery game of which film is being read next. Person who get it right first gets 4 second but right gets 3 third but right gets 2 everyone else gets 1 Now guess.
  5. Extrasensory Although far from unique, and special effects could be upped a notch, I found myself enjoying this quirky horror movie more often than not. I had fun. 6.1/10.0 The Mole A well made whodunnit with energizing action sequences, a strong cast and fun plot. However for an action comedy, I didn’t find it too funny for an action comedy, not to mention it has some parts of convulsions. 5.8/10.0 Baseball Boy: Swing For The Fences Although I found myself disliking, like really disliking Tobey McGuire’s character, it was nice seeing all 3 Spider-Men in a movie. It’s pretty much a run of the mill family film though. 5.3/10.0 When A Stranger Calls I’ve never seen any of the “When A Stranger Calls”. However this is your typical throwaway horror movie. It’s inoffensive but at the same time of poor quality. I doubt this will leave any impressions. 3.4/10.0
  6. High School Musical 4: Reunion Pillars of Eternity
  7. I’m deadly afraid for Blue and Gold. You liked the pre read but I changed quite a bit.
  8. PG for thematic elements, mild action and rude humor for Can You Imagine?. Pretty sure it was on there though.
  9. Lost Earth will likely be my first 20K+ film.
  10. I thought everyone was okay with one release on MLK.
  11. @Xillix remove the limited opening for Can You Imagine? on the 20th but also up it’s theater count to 4,135.
