So late to this topic But, such a great movie. From script, to directing and acting. Just great movie. I am pretty sure Hailee will be A-list star near the future. Too bad this movie didnt made more at box office, it deserved it. I still dont have my sure top 10 of 2016, but this certainly is on my list.

Am I only one who hated Raid 2? I watched Raid 1 and blew me off with action and story, and I had such a high standards for sequel, hype was big. But It was complete let down. Didnt even like action in second one. When I read Raid 2 flashbacks, the context has completely different meaning for me. Negative one.

Just go back to the basics. The mansion. Make it small, small group of people (STARS team) cut out of the world on the mission, claustrophobic feel of tight halls and make ordinary zombies scary again. With bigger picture going on in the shadows, finding logs and information as you explore mansion. As same group of STARS trying to survive with limited ammo in creepy mansion and trying figure it out what is wrong with it, giving many doors are locked and work on principe of the puzzles. Only to realize through exploring and surviving it's actual secret umbrella facility for BOW. As someone from the group is traitor and purposely trying to keep them in mansion, and cover it up. I just desribed first Resident Evil game. Do it, damn it.

You are not only one. I am waiting for Cowboy Bebop, Trigun and Full Metal Alchemist getting live action adaptation.

Dont like it much. It looks visually good, but amnesia instead of existential crisis? since when does that make sense being cyborg. Main plot of GitS is what it means to be human, and revolves around Motoko also, giving she has no human parts. Overall movie is going for typical action flick instead going psyhological route in cyberpunk world. Good: visually great everyone looks a part (both characters and scenes) Bad: music choice amnesia plot more action over psyhological questions.

AC has problem called Rogue One. It's basically suicide to open a movie against Star Wars. And if Passangers is any good that will also take from overall gross at the box office. 56M isnt terrible. But for getting anything more than that this movie needs to have good word of mouth and critic response.

I wasnt fan of casting Boyd after Del Toro left project. But then I recently started watching Narcos, and I become bit of a fan. I'll watch him first time on big screen in Logan. In those two scenes from Logan trailer he looks physically more buff and thougher. That certainly sold me bit more can he pull it off both physically and acting chops wise. You certainly need both if you are going against the Predator.
