    Because while the billion dollar predictions were silly 750m was possible if they didn't screw up. Keeping their slot the week after End Game was so stupid. They knew Infinity War did over 2B and at worst it would equal that. It underperformed by 150m in Asia and 300m WW from an optimal performance. I think 850 was peak. It did barely half that.

    Batman as a solo film to do 200 OW would be one of the most impressive showings this decade. Infinity war and End Game have distorted people's expectations for films

    Good idea. Sonic is blowing up and absolutely direct competition. Sonic is a family movie. Many fans of the original game are 30-40.
