Yes, it being a homage doesn't take from it's quality but it stops it from being any special. Sorry, but movies like la la land, a good movie comes every year, while blockbusters like inception, interstellar, and dunkrik don't. Tell me when damian chazelle does something like that. -
Yeah I agree with nova, a homage can't compare to excellent original work. La La Land doesn't hold a candle to anything that Nolan has ever directed.

Summer game actually provides great insight about wonder woman. Average dom. total predicted- $279m Average opening w/e predicted- $112.1m legs- 2.48x So, WW underperformed on OW but vastly overperformed in domestic total. As you can see people were not expecting even decent legs for it. Biggest overperformer of this summer.
