  1. Guess people still go out to support the Spider-Man.
  2. REALLY glad Paramount scored a much-needed theatrical-only win with Scream and that it opened above $30M in three days. Really is a great sign that 2022 will be their comeback year, after they've struggled for 9 years in last place, and that they will have all hits for 2022 with Jackass 4, The Lost City, Sonic the Hedgehog 2, Top Gun 2, Secret Headquarters, Mission: Impossible 7, Bee Gees, and Babylon.
  3. I'll keep Scream in my prayers that it can still open next weekend.
  4. If It's because No Way Home overperformed, they'll wanna seize that opportunity to add in Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man into the movie to ride onto the Multiverse craze and confirm Venom and Morbius are set in Marc Webb's universe of Spider-Man movies.
  5. If it requires some CGI, yeah, probably. Also, it wasn't finished in December, despite being rated PG-13 last summer, when they shot new scenes with Michael Keaton to allegedly rework scenes to clarify that his Toomes in Morbius is a variant in whichever universe of Spider-Man movies that Venom and Morbius take place in, which I think is the Andrew Garfield/Marc Webb Spider-Man universe. I mean I seriously doubt COVID is why Morbius was delayed because why is Uncharted still there? Like it makes no sense.
  6. O believe that's definitely what they're doing: shooting additional footage to get Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man in there.
  7. Cuz No Way Home showed fans still love his Spider-Man and want him to continue playing that character. Plus it would help confirm Venom and Morbius are set in the Marc Webb universe of Spider-Man movies.
  8. Not if they have a scene with Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man in it, which is why I think it was delayed, to film and add in a scene of Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man into the movie.
  9. I don't think Scream is going to Paramount+ since the ticket sales are said to be a horror movie's version of Spider-Man: No Way Home at the box office. So, I think Scream will break out, 60% of Canada shut down be damned.
  10. I actually think this is the real reason for its new delay, despite insiders citing other information.
  11. Looks like Sing 2'll hit $100M this week, maybe on Thursday.
  12. Maybe Canadians should prep for the possibility that they may not see The Batman in March and might wanna prep to stay home and isolate and save their money for Doctor Strange In The Multiverse of Madness at the start of the summer (or maybe for Sonic the Hedgehog 2 in April).
  13. Let's hope it gets there, despite Quebec and Ontario now going offline. I mean I'm not too worried at the moment, and I'm just glad No Way Home hit a billion, but, we'll see.
  14. I don't think so. If anything, KC Walsh, the man who correctly reported Doc Ock coming back in No Way Home before any of the trades did, says Feige is satisfied with what Sam Raimi has made so far and the 6 weeks of filming were done to complete 2 weeks of filming that couldn't be done when filming in London and the other four weeks are to add a couple more characters into the Illuminati and improve some story elements like allegedly the performance of Xochitl Gomez as America Chavez.
  15. Not to sound mean or anything, but I think I'll check out Jackass Forever instead for three reasons: 1. It'll probably be the better movie, both with critics and general audiences to be a hit on a $10M budget 2. I would prefer seeing a movie that's fun but also a comedy that can make people laugh, something we need in these tough times, rather than a movie about the end of the world via a moon collision 3. Considering Paramount needs their 2022 slate to make them comeback strong as a Top 4 studio in the market share of the domestic box office after struggling and sucking hard at the US box office after placing last (6th or 7th) for 9 years since 2012, I want to support them so they don't have to worry about being bought by Disney or Universal/Comcast or Netflix or Sony. In other words, my decision to see Jackass 4-Ever is because of my pity for Paramount, whom I refer to as "Pitiful Paramount."
