24 Hours Nationwide Estimates THU - $18M FRI - $11.5M SAT - $6.25M SUN - $3M Rest - $1.5M Total - $40.25M Day 2 seems like $6M+, for total of $47M. Safe to say 2 things, 1. $200M+ opening weekend. 2. Its no Endgame. We don't have day 2 numbers for EG, but 3 days numbers were almost +60% of day 1 per data we get from Wang, while NWH will probably be able to do +30% or so may be. Other tidbits. It has crossed TROS Previews at same time in 2 days of sales, while TROS was 40+ days. I am thinking of $50M previews as of now, let's see how things goes. I guess that's it for now, I will see if I can share anything else.

We didn't get the numbers from our tracking but got official word on MTC 1. With that data incoming, I feel somewhat safe to call. $40M+ 24 Hours Sales 2nd best after Endgame mostly, which I think did close to $42-43M may be.

Slow yourself fella. I know big numbers are exciting but respect the numbers that are done in past. Its not like Endgame had bad response on top of way higher hype. Endgame probably sold same amount of tickets in US as TFA, so there is a ceiling there. BP did had probably close to 70M admits vs ~83M for Endgame but that had external factor of one race over indexing big time. I think 60M admits in USA/CAN i.e. $630M+ is a good target. Accordingly, perhaps 5M in France be a good target. No matter how strong superhero genre is, it does have its limitations, as evident in developed markets. Yeah Asian markets like India, SEA have these film as top Hollywood movies, that's because Hollywood don't cater to full market in these countries, just to a fraction of locals, who are mostly young English speaking/aware with English culture.

I was thinking that for regional comps, we may perhaps just ignore first day & see how it compares with other films in daily pace. I believe 2nd day may still have some spillover, from tomorrow I guess it will be calmed down enough to start judging daily pace. I suppose it gotta mantain like 2.5-3x daily pace of Eternals, BW, etc.

Under 1B WW Opening Week is reasonable. USA - 280-350M LATAM - 100-125M Asia - 120-150M ANZ - 25-30M UK - 50-55M Europe - let's see who is open till then, but probably 50-100M. Total - 625-810M.

I suppose Fandango may be under TFA then. Again that doesn't mean sales are under TFA, probably just that ATOM & theater chains own platform sold more tickets.

Probably yes, but those who book tickets as soon as they drop know it, hence the numbers.
