I'm not trying to start a company war, with the way the Marvel is going, if Superman is a hit, DC can really start making a play. if it's a failure, I think that's the end of capeshit for the most part because nothing can really inspire confidence in the medium.

Many of them also don't seem to understand how Twitter works. They'll bring up #X is trending, but it's clear it's on the "Trending for You" page and it's only like 3K tweets. They're incredibly vocal, that's all.

Jesus Christ, that's not what an upfront is. Upfronts are advertising events to boost ad sales and discuss new TV shows premiering for the upcoming fall season.. It's not designed for the general public, it's for the advertising industry. They won't talk about movies there.
