  1. And lastly, no one is being eliminated this week. Oh, there was a Challenge indeed. And the two contestants going in have been chosen. ...but they don't know who they are. The Top Ten will be revealed Monday when the results for 4.12 come in. And from there, the excitement shall continue, as our former Legends who won last week (CEDAR, Riczhang, and Goffe) in the Legend Challenge against The Creator shall receive their prizes.
  2. 4.11 "To Heaven and Beyond" (cont) And now...brace yourselves. I said that every team this season has had at least one Legend, right? Every team but one. "The Gold Seekers", originally ChD and Jay Salahi, never had a Legend on their team. Last week in the third round of the Legend Challenge, they were represented by The Creator, but the host of the game cannot literally be a participant on their team. Now that ChD has been eliminated, "The Gold Seekers" are disbanded. Jay Salahi is left all alone, no allies to back him up...and still no Legend. ...until now. The Resurrection Chip ensured that Acsc would be brought back to life, but it never guaranteed he would be placed on the same team. Perhaps as a method to test how "The Shadowkillers" will build more allies...or forge enemies out of old ones...this Resurrection Chip has different intentions. This will show how loyal CEDAR and Riczhang truly are, for now they can choose to make Acsc's new partner one of their allies...or they can choose to make Acsc a new enemy, perhaps their biggest yet. For now, Acsc joins Jay Salahi, and "The Gold Seekers" have finally found their legend. A word of caution to all: Acsc still retains his Legend Chip, the last of them all.

  5. 4.11 "To Heaven and Beyond" (cont) Three weeks ago, we lost our second Legend of the season: Acsc1312. It was an unexpected and tragic loss, and with it we lost any knowledge of the Legend Chip he possessed. The damage it could have inflicted, or the benefits it could have brought, were never known to us. Only Acsc knew what his chip held, and that secret died with him when DoctorWho defeated him in a Challenge in "Legendary". It was indeed a legendary moment, as Acsc has been the dominant star of the series. When Acsc was terminated, his partner CEDAR, who had first became Acsc's ally in Season 2 under "The Shadowkillers", stood up to defend his partner's honor. CEDAR became the most dangerous of the five remaining Legends and he possessed capabilities that would ensure Acsc would have his revenge. CEDAR targeted the people most responsible for Acsc's elimination...DoctorWho and "The Equation Sensation." He blew past Goffe's power shield and ensured that the rest of "The Equation Sensation" could be touched. Then, he wiped clean both Doc's and Number's points using his own Clean-Slate Power Chip. Lastly, he caused the elimination of Doc's last remaining partner 24Lost to ensure that when DoctorWho returned, he would return without any allies to back him up. CEDAR ensured his enemies would have a difficult chance of striking back, especially by making Numbers, a formidable foe, into an ally on "The Shadowkillers" - which, despite its loss, continues to be a dominant team. All the Legends have cashed in their chips, except the eliminated Acsc1312. Totem used his Team Builder Chip (albeit, it was used by Riczhang instead, two weeks after Totem's elimination). DoctorWho used his Player Swap Chip to replace his ally Schumacher with Numbers on "The Earth Shakers" (which now no longer exists as part of Doc's folly). CEDAR used his Clean-Slate Chip to wipe the point totals of the three Earth Shakers (DoctorWho, Numbers, and 24Lost). Alfred's Limbo Chip was used by DoctorWho, who acquired it in the second Legend Challenge and used it so as to withdraw from the game until the Top Ten games began. Riczhang's Elimination Chip, the most powerful and fearful of all, was acquired and used by CEDAR against 24Lost, leaving DoctorWho alliless and ensuring that Numbers could be assimilated onto "The Shadowkillers." And Goffe has consistently used his Power Shield Chip, which despite having faltered continues to feed him points. Now, however, the chip has run out of fuel...Goffe will no longer acquire points from those who are eliminated, as the Power Shield has crumbled. So all the Legends are finished. Well, all but one...one that was completely overlooked all season long. The Legends earned their status because of their performances in prior seasons...but in particular, because of their performance in Season 3, the most trying of all the seasons so far, where star players were slain in twos or threes regularly. Two players made it through that brutal battleground...Riczhang and, of course, Baumer. Riczhang and Baumer were thus allied this season on "The Legends"...and the name derived from their status. Riczhang was a known Legend from the start, having been declared the Lone Legend...which thus gave him the greatest power chip of all. But Baumer had his own power chip, a sort of balance to Riczhang's, as the two were foils to each other, foils who ended up working just as well together as they had apart. Baumer earned his Legend status because he was a rookie who managed to defeat the likes of Totem, XenoZodiac, Alfred, JackO, CEDAR, and Acsc...even Goffe and DoctorWho! All in one season. Baumer put up a spectacular run and was declared Player of the Season for last season, despite finishing as runner-up to Riczhang. So naturally, Baumer acquired his own Legend Chip to be used at the time of his choosing this season. But unfortunately, time constraints fell into place and Baumer had to withdraw from the season early on...leaving his Legend Chip to the closest person to him. Ironically, that person had defeated Baumer in the Season 3 Finale, but the two became allies because of their survival skills. That person was Riczhang, who acquired Baumer's unknown Legend Power Chip in "The Return" (Season 4, Episode 3) and has retained it ever since...a condition that it could not pass on to another as Baumer left it solely in Riczhang's care. Now it is time to reveal that final Legend Power Chip. Would you like some ice for that burn, Jim?

  7. As you will see in the updated point chart below, Alfred's point total of 38 points has been divided in half, with one half going to himself and the other half being divided between Goffe, CEDAR, and Riczhang. Goffe and Riczhang receive 6 points each while CEDAR receives 7 as he placed first in the Legend Challenge.
  8. I'm in L.A. right now. It's great here. Mulholland Dr is wonderful!
  9. Yeah I'm in California so my updates aren't going to be as frequent this week but I want to ensure it gets done, especially as this is a very critical week. But it won't be updated until sometime tonight (my time being Pacific time now, it's going to be 2 to 3 hours later than usual).
  10. 4.11 "To Heaven and Beyond" Legends Reborn All the standing Legends have cashed in on their chips. This means that there are no chips left in play (right?), and the Legends have no power over the other members left on the board. The chips helped ensure that all the Legends but one would make it to the Top Ten games, but now that their chips are cashed in, there's no guarantee any Legend will remain safe. But this is not the start of the Top Ten games! There are ten contestants alive...but it's not ten finalists quite yet. This week's game will determine who our final ten contestants of the season are, but some things must go down first for that to happen. Firstly, what's to become of the Legends? Last week, all returned to compete in an exciting Legend Challenge against The Creator. In it, the stakes were set so that, should any Legend score higher than The Creator, he would receive some special privileges...but should any score lower, he would face some severe punishments. All but one Legend scored higher...and that one Legend shall now face his punishment. Alfred went most of the game this season in anonymity, rarely venturing to the forefront of the competition. This is strikingly against his typical behavior each season, where he's always gunning for the top spot and always reaches the Final Five games. Here, he's laying back, playing it easy...and his easiness cost him his Legend chip. Alfred's Legend chip would have ensured that he could withdraw from the game for a few weeks, ensuring a placement in the Top Ten and possibly the Final Five. Instead, he lost that chip in a Legend Challenge to DoctorWho, who has now vanished from the game for the next few weeks, putting him safely in the Top Ten competition. Alfred had his shot at redemption last week against The Creator, but he failed and because of that, he now faces a punishment. Alfred must pay a debt. Each of the other Legends - CEDAR, Riczhang, and Goffe - beat the challenge and will receive their prizes soon. But Alfred will pay them for his loss. How will he pay? For each week (including those that have already passed), he will provide 50% of his points to the three Legends, divided evenly amongst them. In any week where he receives 0 points, he will instead meet the demands or needs of each of those three Legends...whatever those means shall be. More details will come where necessary. This week has plenty in store, but first, let's take a look at how each team performed. The Equation Sensation Goffe: 71.17% +55 (+1 3rd team, +1 highest Question 2 +44 absorbs ChD's points, +9 absorbs 24Lost's points) Jim Shorts: 68.11% +1 (+1 3rd team) AVG: 69.64% +56 The Destroyers of Evil Alfred: 88.53% +11 (+5 1st individual, +3 1st team, +2 85%+, +1 highest Question 2) Chasmmi: 81.28% +5 (+3 1st team, +1 80%+, +1 highest Question 3) Spaghetti: 87.40% +15 (+2 2nd individual, +3 1st team, +2 85%+, +8 won Challenge 10) AVG: 85.74% +31 The Gold Seekers Jay Salahi: 58.45% AVG: 58.45% The Shadowkillers 4815162342: 73.87% +3 (+2 2nd team, +1 highest Question 5) CEDAR: 75.00% +8 (+2 2nd team, +1 highest Question 4, +5 won Legend Challenge 3) Riczhang: 75.50% +3 (+1 3rd individual, +2 2nd team) AVG: 74.79% +14 And so "The Destroyers" are back on top. This will be a trying week as it determines who will be moving on to the Top Ten. But keep in mind...there are only 10 players on the board. Something wicked is brewing. Find out next!
  11. The Legend Challenge - Round 3 This week, the objective was to outscore The Creator in the third round of the Legend Challenge. All standing Legends (those who have cahsed their chips in or have had theirs stolen) had to compete in this round against The Creator. If they scored higher, they would receive unknown rewards. If they scored lower, they would face unknown punishments. Let's see how each player did. The Creator: Alfred: CEDAR: Goffe: Riczhang: The rewards and punishments will be disclosed.
  12. The Challenge - Week 10 This is a harsh Challenge. ChD goes in for his second time this season, twice in a row now in fact. Last week was a breeze against Schumacher, who had vanished from the game...but this week, ChD faces a more formidable foe in Spaghetti, a rookie player of sorts who has veteranish experience. That is to say, he has appeared in three episodes in prior seasons and has certainly made a name for himself this season. Now ChD goes up against a bigger competitor, and if he loses, "The Gold Seekers" will be ruined as Jay will stand alone. Let's see how the two competitors did: ChD: Spaghetti: We have ten competitors left, which traditionally means the Top Ten games are set to begin. But there are some factors at play here which ensures that they are not yet set to begin...not until next week will we have an official run down of our Top Ten finalists.
  13. Courtesy of his win in Box Office War, Numbers receives a 20 point bonus in Box Office Alliance. For details, see the Box Office War finale.
  14. Just fucking with you. No points for Numbers.
  15. But if Spaghetti doesn't get eliminated...then he keeps those points.
  16. I meant I could see them in a Challenge together. Against each other.
  17. The Creator's answers to The Legend Challenge (Round 3): 1. 13.59 million 2. $607 3. -26.42%
  18. I could honestly see you and Numbers back together at some point.
  19. As a little tease, because I like that...all the Legend chips have been revealed. Riiiiiiiiight?
  20. I'll be in California for the next 2 weeks. I'm 50-75% complete with Obliteration. Just wondering if Part 1 will still be up when I get back or if I should try to finish it before I go / while I'm there.
  21. Where is it? Lol...I gotta reward the winner.
