    Lmao discrimination for what?

Also...they absolutely cannot legally be required to recast her in the show. What are they supposed to do, legally be required to include her character in episodes?

Why does she want to be recast? I thought she didn’t need Disney? Guess those Shapiro movies ain’t paying the bills

People rooting for Zaslav or Iger want WBD or Disney to stay (and thrive) as large media company, probably because the people doing the rooting are fans of the content the companies make. 🙄

Obviously people can be fans of companies whose product they like and wish for them to successful, what a strange thing to otherwise insinuate. @Scubasteve716 is 100% on point.

this would make sense if the CEO’s actually created any of that product that the people like but ceos do not actually create anything.

Disney Reportedly Still Considering She-Hulk Season 2 Despite Lead Actor's Comments

    https://www.cbr.com/disney-reevaluating-she-hulk-season-2-mcu/

How blind are they to the current situation they're in right now with the MCU to even CONSIDER releasing a 2nd season of this?

If they do willingly produce and release a 2nd season of that show...

That means they really learned absolutely nothing from 2023, and the MCU is headed toward total obsolesce.

you believe the lead actor or some literal who on Twitter?

If it’s not superhero franchise movies, it is another form of franchise movies dominating Hollywood in the 2000’s and beyond. Harry Potter, Twilight, Hunger Games, Star Wars, Transformers, LOTR/Hobbit, Disney animated remakes, etc.

You gave a great example with True Lies. Paramount had some big time success in the 1990’s with several one-off movies: Forrest Gump, Braveheart, and Titanic. Big success at the box office, big success at the Oscars. It’s sad how everything has played out in more recent years.

the common thread between these 3 movies is star power.  There are no big stars in Hollywood anymore. That’s why we don’t have these big successful one offs where people went to see a movie just because TOM HANKS or MEL GIBSON was the name on the top of the theatrical one-sheet.

In the span of half a decade we will have gone from The Big 6 to The Big 4. Though Lionsgate has been as close to a rival worthy of being mentioned in the same breath as those studios out of anyone for quite a while.

It's become pretty easy to accept these acquisitions as we watch an industry in transition. Especially now that it's becoming apparent a solid portion of the moviegoing crowd has indeed been lost to streaming (thanks COVID!). We're living in the "Now What?" era.

Demolition Man got it all wrong. In the movie there was fast food wars and Taco Bell was left as the last one standing. In real life, it’s the streaming wars and only Netflix, Amazon, Apple, and whatever the new company is named that the big 6 studios merged into.

I imagine the X-Men movie would be co-lead by Cyclops and Jean, like @TwoMisfits characters who both got fucked over in movies. Don't expect them to do this because Feige is allergic to romance in Marvel CBMs since even the Infinity Saga but I think diving into the romance and messiness of relationships of the X-Men would help seperate it from the rest of the CBMs and tbh most tentpoles and could attract females more easily, if the leads have strong chemistry.

I dunno how you do X-men without romance. So many relationships on that team. And X-Men fans are full of shippers. The  movies would explode if they get Rogue and Gambit right and its something we've never had on screen which would separate  it from the previous movies. Phase One heroes all had love interests and I think it was for the better.

Glad Majors was found guilty. Fuck abusers. Tbh think they can just pivot from Kang and just try 838 vs 616/whatever the fuck universe MCU is. Doom is a goated villain and they shouldn't rush him although Doom is a big part of Secret Wars the comic, think The Beyonder (maybe they can bring back Laurence Fishburne for it) as the villain and the 838 Illuminati as antagonists who are pissed at Wanda and Strange fucking up their universe could be an interesting angle.

This is the second web site i've seen some one suggest Laurence Fishburne. Antman and the Wasp was so forgettable that people forget he was in that, I guess.
