Well we'll just have Ed edit your posts then, SS. You may not think they are spoilers, but the line is unclear. Better to be safe than sorry just to be polite.
Because you have to remember that they're making a TV show that has to keep the interest in everyone, not just book readers. They're going to put things in the show that work for the SHOW narrative. So maybe you should temper your expectations by thinking about that.
Only the kind that want every little canon thing no matter how out of place it would be in the show. And there's one thing we all just thought would make a kickass last shot. I'm sure they'll still include it though.
I don't get why people malign Kit so much. I think he's pretty good as Jon. It's not like they give him Emmy!Monologues or anything like that. Jon barely says anything, what's he supposed to do? And the "one facial expression" thing is bs and just plain not true.Is he Dinklage, Dance or NCW? Of course not. But they have a lot more experience, not to mention more writing to work with.
I believe it has all to do with how they're billed on the show. If they're billed or contracted as a "guest" actor/actress, that's what they are to the Emmys. No matter how many episodes they're in.
Oh I don't think it's harmful, I don't mean to sound like I think that. I just don't understand the fascination. I don't get it personally.Whatever floats people's boats, I guess. I don't get it, therefore I don't read it. But people are more than welcome to write/read it if they're into it themselves. Doesn't affect me any.
