I have just seen Thor: The Dark World. Despite the fact that I enjoy this movie a lot more than Iron Man 3 (I really hated that Mandarin twist) This movie relies too much in comedy to take the dramatic part of the story seriously, there where some very good moments but overall it was just a popcorn movie and nothing else. *Script 2.5/4: Serviceable, some very good twist at the end, but again, too much humor. *Directing 3/4: Good direction by Alan Taylor but I think he could have done a better job *Acting 1.5/2: I could have give this movie .5 more If it werent for that Annoying Darcy girl, It would have been much better if she wasnt in this movie. Loki (Tom Hiddleston) really saved this movie. *Music 1.5/2: The score was a little bit generic but not bad at all. *Technical achievements 1.5/2: Great special effects and battle sequences but the 3D takes away the wonder of those sequences. *Editing 1/2: Mediocre editing, there where serious pacing issues with the movie, especially at the beginning. *Cinematography 2/2: No problem with camera work, and that is great. *Production Values: 1.5/2 *Final Rating: 14.5/20. Good movie, not great.
