That 11.4 includes the midnight, but not the IMAX previews, that one is counted as Wed number. That's why you see 13M as the total.

Yeah, you're right. I misread it, I thought the 274k figure is sum of Friday and Thursday. SK is really easily the most impressive market for IM3 cause not only the OW was big, the legs are crazy good too

It's not amazing number but it's not bad either, actually quite good, considering the late date change, and how all the marketing materials still have the original release dates listed. If it can hit the high end of Rth's numbers, then that would be good.
